LAKE WALES – Students at Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary seem to be “red hot” for science this year. Many of the school’s winning Science Fair projects had something to do with heat and how it impacts various kinds of objects or actions. AnnMarie Tyler, fourth grade, earned first place for her softball-themed project entitled “Hit It Hot!” She also earned a Superior Award at the County Science Fair. Samuel Jackson, fourth grade, earned second place with his salt“Our school incorporates the best technology, like iPads, into the instructional program to make it the highest possible standard.” – Joshua Collier, 10th grade, April 2012
