Bok Knights football kicks off Sept. 6

LAKE WALES – Edward W. Bok Academy kicks off its first-ever football season Sept. 6 with a pre-season game against the Polk City Jaguars. The Bok Academy Knights will play three pre-season warm-up games before four regular season games in the Heartland Conference. The only home game this year will be Tuesday, Oct. 18.

JH Wilson family excited about new school year

LWHS Golf teams with Norby’s for delicious fund raiser

LAKE WALES –Lake Wales High School golfers have “hit” upon a delicious way to raise money to support the team. Business partner Norby’s Steak & Seafood is sponsoring a $10 take-out special from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7. The pick-up orders will be available at the LWHS cafeteria (not the restaurant).

  • SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE: Each year, we purchase supplemental Student Accident Insurance  for all Lake Wales Charter Schools students during the school day and at school-sponsored events. Families also have the opportunity to buy low-cost 24-Hour Wrap-Around Accident Coverage.

  • BUS DRIVERS: If you have a CDL/PS license, come see us! Apply in person at 130 E. Central Ave., Lake Wales.
