Academic Team tops other schools

LAKE WALES – Lake Wales High School’s Academic Team swept the competition last month (Dec. 13) when students traveled to Frostproof for a six-team competition.

The Highlanders finished first, beating teams from Frostproof, Fort Meade, Lake Region, McKeel and Winter Haven.
