Babson Park honors Red Ribbon Week winners

BABSON PARK – Music teacher Samantha Havens congratulates poster contest winners Carly Jacobs (center, second place) and Christina Najera (first place) during Red Ribbon Week festivities at Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary earlier this month.

The girls competed against students in grades K-2. Abigail Wunker (not pictured) won third place.

Sarah Marston’s second grade class won the K-2 door decorating contest, and Jason Brewner’s fifth grade class won the 3-5 door decorating contest.

The school’s theme for the weeklong celebration (Oct. 29-Nov. 2) was “I’m voting for my future – I’m drug free!”
