Nov 15th, 2012

LAKE WALES – Bok Academy staff members surprised students Monday (Nov. 12) when they rolled onto the campus green in “The Mystery Machine” and proceeded to demonstrate some groovy dance moves.

Colby Pike (l-r), Amy Unzueta, Nicole Birkins, Leanne Thrift, Tami Lefstead, Lindsay Woods, Cindy Tonjes and Principal Damien Moses were promoting the upcoming Decades Dance at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29.

The Decades Dance will feature music from the 1920s to the 1990s. Proceeds from the Decades Dance will pay for field trip transportation and other campus expenditures.
