Bok Academy “A” School and Meets AYP

It was another successful school year for Bok Academy and it shows by being named an “A” School! And if that wasn’t enough, Bok was also one of two middle schools in Polk County to meet Adequately Yearly Progress (AYP). We want to thank the students and faculty for working so hard. Our FCAT scores for 2010 were awesome!

Single Gender Classes

Last year we implemented single gender classes and we so impressed with the results, we will continue this program with our students in the 2010-2011 school year.

New Outdoor Chess Set

Bok Academy is a great place full of wonderful activities for students. And an Outdoor Chess Set is just what we were missing! But thanks to John Guzzetta, Bok can now enjoy a new outdoor chess set with a large game board to accompany it.
