LAKE WALES – Janie Howard Wilson Elementary first graders are all smiles after a visit last month from Sharon DuCharme and her friend Ali-Gator.
This is the third year that Bright Smiles of Winter Haven has provided a representative to ensure that students know the brushing basics, and help students trade in old toothbrushes for new ones.
“Ali-Gator was so excited about how well our kids behaved, he wiggled around and couldn’t help but squirt them all with water!” said teacher Renee Royer.
LAKE WALES – Janie Howard Wilson Elementary students may be able to prove which athletic shoes provide the greatest spring, or which softball bats deliver the longest drives.
