Kindergarten class visits Bok Tower

LAKE WALES – Kindergarten students in teacher Lynn Flood’s class had a big adventure last week when they visited Bok Tower Gardens. They signed the guest book in the Visitor’s Center and explored the grounds surrounding the Singing Tower.

The Polk Avenue Elementary students are part of the Kindergarten Support Program, which provides extra academic support and enrichment for students during their first year of school. The Kindergarten Support Program receives private funding through the Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation.
