Kindergarten gets free books during Great American Teach In

BABSON PARK – Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary parents Lori Cunningham and Tracy Thompson are surrounded by an audience of kindergarten students during their visit Wednesday (Nov. 17) for the Great American Teach In.

Cunningham, School Board member for eastern Polk County, and Thompson, manager of the Lake Wales branch of Mid-Florida Credit Union, read the book “Ready for Anything” by Keiko Kasza. Afterward, every kindergarten student received a bookmark and a copy of the book, courtesy of Mid-Florida.
