LAKE WALES – Lake Wales High will host a special Open House on Monday (Sept. 24) for all Highlander parents.
The event starts at 6 p.m. with free hot dogs, chips and drinks. A special meeting for parents of 12th grade students also begins at 6 p.m. in the school media center.
A general session for all parents starts at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. Interim reports and copies of student schedules will be distributed in the gym.
At 7 p.m., parents will begin visiting their student’s first period class, and rotate through all classes on a short “bell schedule” so they can meet teachers and visit all classes during the Open House.
