Our Values

In the Lake Wales Charter Schools system, teachers and administrators are empowered to make smart, common-sense decisions that will benefit students and schools. As a system, we value innovation, choice and achievement. We are fortunate to have teachers, administrators, and support staff members who really care about students and take a personal interest in the children and families they serve.

What our parents say...

“My children’s school provides a great atmosphere for learning. The parent involvement and dedication of volunteers accelerate student success, the devotion of the faculty and administration is unparalleled, and the teachers are not only committed to the highest standards of education but genuinely care about the students they teach! I am so thankful to have such an amazing place in which to entrust my children’s education.” – Angel Bowen
