LAKE WALES – Teacher Nicole McClain (back left) and some serious scientists pose for a photo before conducting a dazzling series of demonstrations for the Trustees at the monthly Lake Wales Charter Schools board meeting on Monday (April 16). The meeting was hosted by Janie Howard Wilson Elementary.

The students impressed the Trustees by conducting experiments using dry ice; flowers and dye; balloons and air; and exploding soda cans.
