Staff/Employment

Every day, wonderful things are happening in our schools and classrooms because of the dedicated employees who make up the Lake Wales Charter Schools system. Our employees aren’t just staff members – they are part of our education family and our Lake Wales community.

To help our students achieve their potential, we need employees who share a commitment to our common vision and purpose. In the Lake Wales Charter Schools system, we are committed to working in partnership with staff members, parents and students to make our schools the very best that they can be!
