Variety Show drops curtain on school year

Jun 7th, 2012

LAKE WALES – The school year ended today (June 7) with loud applause and cheers from students – at least at Janie Howard Wilson Elementary where the 2012 Variety Show helped bring down the curtain on another year.

Emcees Jovon Lewis (left) and Corey Rogers used humor and charm to keep the program moving. The student talent show included singers, a pianist, comedians, magic tricks, jump rope acts, original rappers, a beat boxer, skits, and gymnasts/flippers.
